It's an honor to serve as State Representative for Arkansas House District 73. I grew up in Little Rock and am proud to call it home with my wife, Meghan, and three kids.
I believe in the importance of strong schools, economic opportunity, safe neighborhoods, and a healthy democracy. We face challenging headwinds in our state. But since I was first elected in 2018, I've been fighting for Arkansas families by speaking up, working hard, engaging with people from all political backgrounds, and constantly communicating with constituents. I’m proud that dozens my bills have passed into law on issues like improving voting access, providing paid leave, helping small businesses, and confronting the opioid epidemic. And, as House Minority Leader, I’ve consistently spoken against the extreme partisan agenda and misinformation that have unfortunately been on the rise in our political system.

About Andrew
Rep. Andrew Collins is the House Minority Leader serving his fourth term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 73, which runs from Riverdale to Pinnacle and covers much of north and west Little Rock.
For the 95th General Assembly, Rep. Collins serves on the House Judiciary Committee, the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee, the House Advanced Communications and Information Technology Committee, the Joint Budget Committee, and the Arkansas Legislative Council. He is vice chair of the Charitable, Penal, and Correctional Institutions Subcommittee and the State Agencies and Reorganization Subcommittee. Rep. Collins is a member of the National Conference of State Legislatures Task Force on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Privacy.
Outside of his legislative duties, Rep. Collins is an attorney who works in real estate for Cypress Properties. After graduating from Duke University and Columbia Law School, he moved back to his hometown of Little Rock, where he lives with his wife, Meghan, and three children.
